Shabnam Minwalla

She writes food articles, columns and book reviews for magazines and newspapers. And, of course, popular books for children. These include `What Maya Saw’, which has been nominated for numerous awards, `The Six Spellmakers of Dorabji Street’ which is used as a read by many schools in the city, and the laugh-a-minute Nimmi series. Her books for early readers include `The Shy Supergirl’, `Lucky Girl’ and `When Jiya Met Urmila’ (which won the Neev Award this year).
